These terms govern your use of Headline Alert, a subscription service operated by Reel Analytics. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Headline Alert delivers a daily email digest of print newspaper front-page headlines and summaries for the country editions you select at checkout. Delivery is scheduled for 7:00 AM East Africa Time on days when source content is available.
Plans are billed weekly or monthly. Pricing is calculated per country edition selected at checkout (for example, two countries on a weekly plan are billed at twice the weekly rate per country). A free trial may be offered for new subscribers.
All payments are processed by Paystack. We offer two billing options:
If you choose bank card billing, you authorize recurring charges through Paystack for the plan and countries you selected. Billing continues until you cancel through Paystack’s customer billing tools or until a payment fails.
If you choose Mobile Money, your access continues only for the paid period shown at checkout or on your renewal page. Before each period ends, we may email you a renewal link. You must complete each renewal payment on Paystack to keep your pass active.
Card trial subscribers authorize a payment method on Paystack and are billed automatically after the trial unless they cancel before it ends. Mobile Money trial subscribers receive trial access in our system and must complete a Mobile Money payment before the trial ends to continue service.
Card subscribers may cancel future renewals through Paystack. Cancellation stops future card billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Mobile Money subscribers may stop service by not renewing when their pass expires.
Refunds are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable law.
Content is provided for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or systematically republish the digest without our written permission.
We aim for reliable daily delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Editions depend on availability of source publications and third-party systems including payment and email providers.
Headline Alert summaries are for informational purposes. We are not liable for decisions made based on newsletter content, or for indirect losses arising from service interruptions.
We may update these terms or pricing with notice on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
